- Perform picking and packing with daily quota

The Customer Operations Manager role oversees the management of customers and all customer-related operational matters, including but not limited to:

- Being a loud and strong advocate of responsible pet ownership
- Processing refunds, order amendments and delivery instructions accurately

- Ensuring strong compliance with existing business and customer-related processes
- Generating weekly reports and KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction is met
- Demonstrating flexibility in undertaking additional operational duties or ad hoc assignments as needed

This is a full-time internship based in Singapore and we prefer at least a 4-6 months commitment.
